If you cannot access your Charms account or forgot the password for your Charms account you can retrieve it by entering the student’s first name, last name, email address and/or phone number. Charms will send an email to the student to reset his or her password. If this method does not work for you, please send an email to email@example.com and a temporary password will be set for you. Once you enter with the temporary password, Charms will prompt you to create your own password.
Making payments in Charms is an easy and convenient way to pay fees online. To make a payment in Charms, login to your account and click “Finances”.
Although online payment is preferred, we also accept cash and checks for payment. You can drop off your cash or check in the box located in the band room. Be sure to have your payment in an envelope labeled with the student’s name, amount and reason for payment. You can also mail payments to:

Band Fees are applicable to students based on their participation in various groups.
The band fees pay for: Music, Competition/Festival Fees, Sectional/Festival Instructors, Competition/Festival, Transportation, Concert Costs, Spirit of MHS Band Scholarship, End of Year Awards Night, Administrative Items and Fees, etc.
Instrument Fees (for school owned instruments) pay for: Instrument Maintenance and Repair & Instrument Purchases.
Marching Band Fee - All students participating in Marching Band
Band Class Fee (Concert Band Fee) - All students enrolled in a band class (per semester). This includes students in Instrumental Ensemble, Intermediate Band, Advanced Band, Mastery Band and Jazz Band.
Instrument Rental Fee - All Percussionists and any students renting a school owned instrument.
